Job Description

Subsea Engineer in Odfjell Technology Project & Engineering.

 
Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to provide excellent customer service
Deliver value, build relationships, and drive growth
Be involved in the promotion of the section to customers internally and externally
Contribute to attract and find new projects and assignments. Contribute to provide excellent customer service
Contribute to create a good working environment
Contribute to recommend improvements, as well as record discrepancies with suggestions for corrective measures
Work with management to develop own expertise

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

Higher technical education as an engineer or equivalent. Long experience can compensate for a lack of theoretical education
Relevant experience from Subsea operation an advantage – but not a requirement.
Knowledge of Subsea equipment and related systems for subsea operations
Knowledge with relevant engineering standards, best practices, rules and regulations relevant to the maritime, energy/oil and gas industry
Good English communication skills, both oral and written
Sufficient computer skills

Competencies:

Within mechanics and hydraulics
Within Subsea / Subsea operations
Maintenance and overhaul of Subsea equipment
