Job Description:
Are you a finance professional with a passion for financial management and a desire to make an impact in a collaborative environment? We are looking for someone to take the lead in driving financial processes and working closely with cross-functional teams.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Manage month-end, budget, forecast, and year-end reporting for your assigned entities, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Act as a key partner between Finance and Operational management, translating financial data into insights that enable informed decision-making across teams.
- Prepare financial and operational reports, presenting findings to senior management to support strategic planning.
- Work with operational managers to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Play a pivotal role in contract management, ensuring timely adjustments and following up on contractual matters.
- Support International expansion by contributing to financial evaluations and potential opportunities.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record in financial management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and offer actionable insights.
- Experience with financial tools like Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team setting and working effectively across departments.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry or international exposure is an advantage.
