Job Description
Role Purpose:
The Fishing Operator organizes, oversees and performs all kinds of jobs with assigned equipment and people, safely and efficiently.
Provides service delivery with flawless service quality and no HSE incidents in accordance with company policies, standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensures that the correct equipment and materials has arrived on location.
Equipment rigged up, tested and ready to perform the job, as requested by client, with no deviations from Company Standards and contingency plans in place.
Ensures pre job meetings are held with involved personnel (Odfjell, Client and third party personnel).
Takes full accountability for the complete Service Delivery process to the Client.
Executes successful jobs as per the design provided and approved by the Client.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
Degree Educated or relevant experience within drilling/fishing industry.
A minimum of 2 years field experience within Fishing services.
Offshore experience in a similar role.
Driver’s licence, B category.
Competencies
A good understanding of IT software and IT systems.
Ability and willingness to travel in Romania and internationally.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Romanian and English.
Multitasking – comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities.
