We are now looking for a Global Inventory Lead to join our Well Services team in Stavanger.
The ideal candidate have:
•Strong educational background with minimum a bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline area or documented extensive experience in the field
•Minimum 7 years relevant business experience
•The ability to work independent and in close cooperation across departments
•Strong knowledge of IFS system (other ERP systems knowledge may compensate)
•Strong analytical skills related to efficient Inventory Management and cost of Inventory
•Good communications skills and understanding of operating in international business environment
•Proven relationship management skills and ability to build business partnerships.
•Good written and verbal English skills
•Experience within Inventory Management in same or similar field
•Must be accurate and detailed oriented
•Must have an interest in Material Management and Material control
Your duties as Global Inventory Lead will consist of:
•Support and ensure alignment with OTL’s strategic objectives related to material management
•Support key internal stakeholders across the business to ensure operational success
•Identify opportunities for operational excellence and cost saving
•Project management according to set ambitions and roadmaps
This roles involves comprehensive management of spare parts data within our ERP (IFS) system, which includes several key responsibilities:
•Maintaining ERP Master data for Spare Parts
-ABC classification and Activating Cycle Count
-Constructing Bill of Material for our asset fleet
-Design and implement new routines globally: Introducing new work practices across the organization, which may involve training, process standardization, and change management
