- With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology and/or related field.
- With at least three (3) years solid and comprehensive experience of the same capacity.
- Has experience and knowledge of HR processes, systems and tools within the various stages of the employee lifecycle
- Experience on travel, time registration and expenses administration.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural and shared services environment
- Motivated to facilitate and contribute to the company’s growth.

Your Mission
- Administrate, validates and checks time/hours registration, expenses and travel administration;
- Compliance Training Certificate Management and e-201 file management.
- Participate in development of end user work instructions;
- Provide end-user support for use of HR ERP (IFS) database functionality,
- Assist in creation, launch and administration of employment surveys;
- Extract personnel reports, queries and other information from ERP (IFS) system for Line Managers, HR Advisors and relevant stakeholders;
- Create summary reports and presentations of database extractions to Excel and PowerPoint;
- Ensure continuous alignment and improvement of HR processes and practices across the organization;
- Recommend, support and collaborate with respective stakeholders for process development, review and enhancement, in compliance with local and international legislations, whenever applicable;
- Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
