HR Administrator – Billing and Expense

We are looking for someone who has

  • With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology and/or related field.
  • With at least three (3) years solid and comprehensive experience of the same capacity.
  • Has experience and knowledge of HR processes, systems and tools within the various stages of the employee lifecycle
  • Experience on travel, time registration and expenses administration.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural and shared services environment
  • Motivated to facilitate and contribute to the company’s growth.

Your Mission

  • Administrate, validates and checks time/hours registration, expenses and travel administration;
  • Compliance Training Certificate Management and e-201 file management.
  • Participate in development of end user work instructions;
  • Provide end-user support for use of HR ERP (IFS) database functionality, 
  • Assist in creation, launch and administration of employment surveys;
  • Extract personnel reports, queries and other information from ERP (IFS) system for Line Managers, HR Advisors and relevant stakeholders;
  • Create summary reports and presentations of database extractions to Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Ensure continuous alignment and improvement of HR processes and practices across the organization;
  • Recommend, support and collaborate with respective stakeholders for process development, review and enhancement, in compliance with local and international legislations, whenever applicable;
  • Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
