Key Responsibilities:
- Administrate, validates and checks time/ hours registration, expenses and travel administration;
- Compliance Training Certificate Management and e-201 file management.
- Participate in development of end user work instructions;
- Provide end-user support for use of HR ERP (IFS) database functionality.
- Assist in creation, launch and administration of employment surveys;
- Extract personnel reports, queries and other information from ERP (IFS) system for Line Managers, HR Advisors, and relevant stakeholders.
- Create summary reports and presentation of database extractions to Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ensure continuous alignment and improvement of HR processes and practices across the organization.
- Recommend, support and collaborate with respective stakeholders for process development, review, and enhancement in compliance with local and international legislations whenever applicable.
- Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
- With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology and/or related field.
- With at least three (3) years solid and comprehensive experience of the same capacity.
- Has experience and knowledge of HR processes, systems and tools within the various stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Has proven skills in managing, understanding, execution of ERP systems and Microsoft tools, database functionality and reporting.
- Proficient in employee data management process
- Experience on travel, time registration and expenses administration
- Structured, accurate, systematic, plans, aligns and committed to deliver results within deadlines.
- Ability to take initiative and make sound judgement and recommending decisions
- Has good oral and written communication skill.
