We in Odfjell Technology are now looking for a new member to join our Well Services HR team in Stavanger. You will be given the opportunity to learn more about the HR field and the energy industry. Job Description

As HR Administrator you will:

•Maintain records of employment contracts, job descriptions, salaries, and employee files
•Handle changes to employment contracts and terms, updating relevant systems as necessary
•Assist line managers in understanding and implementing rules concerning working hours, sick leave, recruitment, terminations, and layoffs
•Recruitment from A-Z
•Follow up of sick leave
•Update existing policies and procedures to comply with new agreements or laws
•Communicate and collaborate with HR colleagues, line managers, and employees to maintain efficient processes and a positive work environment
•Assist and be the main substitutes for the personnel coordinator
•Be superuser in Cornerstone, IFS and other system
•Take on additional HR tasks as required

Qualifications:

•Bachelor within Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
•Good Microsoft Office skills.
•Experience with databases for managing employee data.
•Keen attention to details and accuracy.
•Eagerness to perform HR tasks comprehensively from start to finish.
•Excellent collaboration skills, willingness, and proven ability to communicate with others.
•Excellent Norwegian and English language skills, spoken and written.
