We are now looking for a HR Advisor to join our Well Services team in Holland, Coevorden.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
•Preferably relevant education within HR and/or salary administration. Long experience can compensate for education.
•Minimum 3 years’ experience with Human Resources administration, preferably in oil related, drilling, services, or technology areas
•Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes, generalities of employment contracts, common HR policies, and personnel handbooks, regulations, etc.
•General understanding of rules related to; working hours, sick leave, recruitment, terminations, lay-offs, etc.
•Database experience for all employee data management
•Eye for details and exactness
•Willingness to perform HR tasks from A to Z
•Excellent collaboration skills, willingness and proven ability to communicate with others
•Good English skills, both oral and in writing
DUTIES/TASKS
HR Advisor:
•Advise line managers on matters related to employee lifecycle processes, generalities of employment contracts, common HR policies, and personnel handbooks, regulations, etc.
•Advise line managers on rules related to; working hours, sick leave, recruitment, terminations, lay-offs, etc.
•Monitor adherence to established policies and practices
•Maintain changes to existing policies/procedures to ensure compliance with new or proposed agreements/legislation
•Maintain employment contracts, job descriptions, salary overviews, and employee files
•Issue and maintain all changes in employment contracts, and terms, also in IFS system, and related systems
•Assist in making HR statistics, reports and similar also reporting to CBS
•Registration of vacation days and sick days, incl. registration in online system
•Order/purchase of flowers and gifts to employees for special occasions
•Contact and arrangements ArboNed and insurance agencies during sickness absence
•Actively communicate, inform and collaborate with HR colleagues, line managers, and employees to ensure good working processes and positive environment
•Accept adhoc HR tasks as needed
Payroll:
•Collate and check working hours and expense in IFS for all (onshore and offshore) personnel
•Distribute and administer all salary data, pay slips and journals incl. sending payroll data to corporate
•Apply changes in salary system
•Contact person for all questions regarding payroll – for employees: questions about payslip, filling out forms (f.e. employer’s statement for mortgage, bailiff statements, etc.) – for De Jong & Laan
•Update Bonus matrix / Update Docs Documents related to salaries
•Provide Tax company with work cost scheme (WKR) and tax wages
•Payment wages, taxes and all other personnel related payments
