WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology, HRIS Administration/IT any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience with IT systems at administrator level, in HRIS – ERP systems
- In-depth knowledge of related ERP/HRIS, LMS (Learning Management) systems and related system/Microsoft tools.
HR COMPETENCIES YOU’LL BRING:
- Experience working in a multi-cultural and shared services environment is an advantage but not required.
- Has knowledge and experience in administrating, managing, understanding, execution of ERP, LMS systems and tools, database functionality maintenance and reporting tools.
- Proficient in process improvement and optimization and has innovative mindset.
- High-level interpersonal and professional communication skills to work effectively with individuals and teams of staff with different levels of technical knowledge.
- Knowledgeable in managing own projects/scope of work with a capacity to scope realistic projects, meet timeframes and deliver outcomes.
- Demonstrated capacity to work both independently, autonomously and in multi-disciplinary team environments.
- Has business and customer understanding and can manage complexity.
- Ability to assess priorities, exercise discretionary judgment and negotiate for positive outcomes.

YOUR MISSION:
- Daily administration and maintenance of Learning Management System – Cornerstone
- Access administration
- Basic data set up and updates
- Support Helpdesk Manila in escalated cases
- Escalate cases to Cornerstone support and follow up on these
- Perform quality assurance on master data
- Update master data in accordance with IFS
- Test and assess quarterly updates in Cornerstone
- Test and assess any deliveries in case of hot fixes of extra ordinary deliveries
- Access administration
- Stay updated on all modules available in Cornerstone
- Acquire knowledge about all modules available in Cornerstone and assess the need for these in collaboration with your leader
- Participate in sessions set up by Cornerstone
- Stay updated on all system updates quarterly
- Acquire knowledge about all modules available in Cornerstone and assess the need for these in collaboration with your leader
- Collaborate with e-Learning team in Manila to quality check and improve work methods
- Work in accordance with action plans
- Create guidelines for Helpdesk in Manila and ensure they are always updated on support issues in Cornerstone.
- Assist in developing and maintaining training programs within scope.
- Facilitate IFS Systems administration such as but not limited to:
- Support implementation of any new modules in Cornerstone
- Advisory in terms of system knowledge
- Basic data set up
- Access management
- Testing
- Configuration
- General system preparations
- Advisory in terms of system knowledge
- Support in system structure, training and competence processes and systems execution related to IFS Systems.
- Assist in “HR Processes and Systems” globally with any system related task in Cornerstone or IFS HR module.
- Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
