We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor’s or University Degree in HR, IT or any related field.
- With at least 3 years relevant work experience within HR personnel administrative work processes, and/or working with Systems as administrator or authorization.
- Has good understanding of human resources administrative processes as related to ERP processes (system integrations, automated workflows, time management, compensation admin, reporting, competence management systems, etc).
- Administration and /or Super-user experience from ERP and other similar databases (IFS), SQL is an advantage.
- Has motivation and interest in data management and ERP systems.
- Experience working in a multi-location, multicultural environment, and experience in shared services environment is an advantage.

Your Mission:
- Contribute to development of the total ERP solution specific to HR ERP (IFS) for the Odjfell Technology Group, including supporting and integrated systems.
- Responsible for system set-up, configuration, structure, documentation and maintenance of IFS HR module including integration to supporting systems, including rotation system and learning system, in collaboration with HR Systems Admin.
- First-line support and troubleshooting in collaboration with System Admins and super-user/customer, often via Service Manager or mailbox.
- Creates step-by-step guide and ensures that routines and step-by-step guides are established and up to date in collaboration with Super Users.
- Participate, facilitate, test and document updates and upgrades tonew versions related to ERP systems and integrated systems relevant for Human Resources areas.
- Administrator and Gatekeeper of IFS HR system basic structures across OTL Group, in collaboration with Group System Administrators
- Development of reports and data collection using SQL or other relevant tools.
- Development of new/improved system functionality in collaboration with suppliers.
- Monitor integrations with related systems.
- Participate in continuous improvements and projects.
- Interact with other system administrators regarding IFS cross-functional issues.
- Share knowledge and train super users within the HR IFS and rotation areas, such that super users are able to support the end users, and act as back-up support to the System Administrator tasks
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
- Participate in activities related to tasks such as facilitating meetings, training, audit and creation of user guides if needed.
