Odfjell RIS is a dedicated and QHSE-oriented part of Odfjell Technology, serving the following areas: Rig and Platform maintenance, Drilling engineering services, EPCI, MODU, fixed installations, new build projects, Yard stays, Technology projects & improvement processes and wind turbine industry.

The position as Installation Coordinator will mainly be responsible for leading and following RIS project portfolio within multidicipline installations work, SPS/inspection work both off- and onshore, to ensure that we deliver quality work to our clients at all-time.
This position will be on an onshore employment contract .The person applying must be a resident close to Bergen or Stavanger offices and occasionally take temporary assignments at one of our other offices or other locations.

Tasks:
Coordinate, manage and monitor the installation activity in RIS Norway
Prepare and control operational budgets/tenders for SOW within installation activities
Formulate and plan the use of human resources within installation services.
Monitor and evaluate performance within installation services.
Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity within installation services.
Provide technical support where necessary.
Attend client visits when necessary to promote RIS.
Handling risk assessments, method statements and rescue plans.
HSE leadership for activities on/offshore
RIS’s one point contact to clientd
Continuous updating of documentation during projects ant responsible for delivering reports/documentation to customer

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 year experience with leading installation or inspection work
Technical trade school or equivalent. Long experience can compensate for missing education.
Multidiscipline understanding
Offshore experience from Mobile Offshore Drilling Units
General good knowledge to IT program IFS will be a asset
Good conceptual understanding and up to date knowledge of applicable rules and regulations
