Junior Business Controller

Job Description

In addition to the work that falls within the duties of junior business controller, you will lead your team which is responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities:

*Knowledge and professional experience in maintaining efficient financial records.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
*Proven financial analytical skills.
*A genuine interest in understanding the operational processes and aspects of the business.
*Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
*Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and Powerbi.
*Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Fluent in English and Dutch, both oral and written
*Experience with business control from the Oil and Gas industry advantageous

 

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
*Contribute to create a good working environment
*Contribute to recommend improvements, as well as record discrepancies with suggestions for corrective measures
*Work with management to develop own expertise

SYSTEMS
*Follow all applicable instructions and procedures to maintain a good quality and effectiveness of the work
*Use the systems and programs required and authorized by the company
