About This Role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support our Middle East operations. This role will be based in Dubai, UAE.


What You Will Do

  • Registration of goods to/from the OTL warehouse and workshop in ERP system
  • Create Customer Orders, delivery and return tickets for all equipment movements to and from Customer, Rig site, etc.
  • Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) for local area requirements and transfers
  • Timely registration of Goods Receipt (GR)
  • Ensure equipment is delivered according to internal and external requirements, policies and procedures
  • Liaise with Clients designated personnel for movement of equipment or services
  • Liaise with third party rental companies
  • Liaise with third party service providers such as inspection and repair for maintenance of equipment
  • Ensure all documents and third party inspection reports, COC’S etc, are saved in the appropriate system/location for traceability
  • Organize external transport for movement of equipment and goods
  • Manage the Client’s portal where required for submission of job related documentation such as invoices and supporting documents etc,
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of OTL and Client document requirements, and report the required information to the appropriate personnel within the Company as necessary
  • Identify and report any non-conforming product to the relevant personnel
  • Complete the scrap report for line manager approval

What You Need to Succeed

  • Mechanical understanding
  • Minimum 3 years previous work experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar position
  • Must have previous experience with ERP systems or logistics type software
  • Must be able to work independently and use initiative
  • Work must be accurate, tidy, and structured
  • Good English skills, both written and oral
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple processes throughout the supply chain
