Operations Manager (TRS and Fishing) – Kuwait

About this role:

This role will be based in our office in Kuwait City. The Operations Manager will be reporting to the Country Manager.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the Operations Department
  • Market our services and products
  • Tender preparation
  • Optimize the equipment stock
  • Follow up relevant agreements/contracts with customers and suppliers
  • Report cost, progress, and deviation in projects and daily operations
  • Maintain and develop good relations and good service towards our customers and suppliers

What you will need to succeed:

  • Relevant formal background, MSc level, or alternatively long relevant experience
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience from rig/service operations, in particular TRS and Fishing
  • Good knowledge of drilling related equipment
  • Previous experience from a management position
  • People Management, Organizational, Communication, and Technical skills
