About this Role

We are looking for a QHSE Coordinator to join ourgrowing team. This role will be based in Malaysia.

 

What You Will Do

  • Contribute to the QHSE program, action plan and corporate objectives.
  • Assist in implementing and following-up the annual QHSE program in the organization.
  • Coordinate with the line organization within QHSE and assist the line according to customers and authorities with reporting, prepare presentations and participate in meetings.
  • Assist in maintaining and developing the QHSE management systems in accordance to relevant standards
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statistics/reports within QHSE
  • Follow-up and promote the reporting systems such as safe cards and Synergi.
  •  Participate in workshop and office self-verifications.
  • Facilitate and participate in risk assessments implementation.
  • Assist in investigations.
  • Ensure / maintain chemical inventory, SDS and risk assessment database
  • Prepare internal inspection and/or audit reports. 

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Relevant background within QHSE.
  • Minimum 3 years progressive experience in the QHSE function
  • Must have good competence within Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of written and verbal English
