OdfjellEngineering is experiencing an increase in activity within our entireportfolio, and we are therefore looking for motivated, proactive, and ambitiouspeople to fill the role of QHSE / Technical Safety Engineer. The key duties of this position include, butare not limited to, the responsibilities detailed below:
- Manage, coordinate, and implement continuous improvement projects within the technical safety discipline.
- Perform necessary analyses as required – Hazid/Hazop, Bow Tie, Risk assessment / Risk register, and monitor and ensure update of relevant rig analyses (e.g. QRA, EERA)
- Ensuring adherence to Company and Client project governance.
- Participate and facilitate internal audits.
- Ensure project and operational synergies and lessons learned are shared as part of continuous improvement.
- Participate and/or lead incident investigations

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
Relevant Technical, Bachelor or Master degree
Internal ISO audit accreditation
