Job Description

Role Purpose: – Coordinate the activity, personnel and all resources in the Repair/ CNC Machine Shop.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the activity and all resources in the Repair Shop 
  • Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress. 
  • Ensure that customer orders are implemented as soon as possible sot he equipment is ready for the transport in time
  • Order, receive, control of spare parts for the equipment in the workshop
  • Maintain evidence and document system updated. 
  • Quality control the equipment after repair/ maintenance process to fulfil API 7.2 standard or other proprietary requirements. 

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Faculty or Masters degree with technical background 
  • Technical expertise on CNC selection and capabilities – thread repair process of drill pipes
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role with solid knowledge in thread repairs process and CNC machines

Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills 
  • Good understanding of Quality standards
  • Good verbal and written ability both in Romanian and English
