We are currently seeking a HR Business Partner to join our team in Holland. 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field 
• Minimum 3 years progressive experience in the Human Resources function
• Professional experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
• Proven ability to plan long-term, organize priorities and work under administrative and programmatic pressures with detail orientation and professional grace
• Diplomatic and strong acumen in establishing positive working relationships with employees and all other stakeholders to maximize cooperation and productivity
• Very strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
• Strong organizational, project management, and administrative skills required
• Proven sense of professional discretion, integrity, and ability to manage situations diplomatically and to effective resolution
• Written and spoken fluency in English is required 

DUTIES/TASKS

•Provide guidance and support to line managers on employee lifecycle processes, employment contracts, HR policies, employee handbooks, and applicable labor regulations.
•Advise managers on employment-related matters including working time regulations, sickness absence management, recruitment processes, terminations, and workforce adjustments such as layoffs.
•Monitor and promote compliance with established HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
•Review, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with current legislation, collective agreements, and organizational requirements.
•Serve as the primary contact for occupational health (Arbo) matters and coordinate sickness absence follow-up processes.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment documentation, including contracts, job descriptions, compensation records, and employee personnel files.
•Prepare, issue, and administer employment contract amendments and changes to terms and conditions of employment, ensuring accurate updates in IFS and related HR systems.
•Support the preparation of HR metrics, reports, analyses, and workforce statistics.
•Administer employee leave records, including vacation and sickness absence registrations.
•Foster effective communication and collaboration with HR colleagues, managers, and employees to support efficient processes and a positive work environment.
•Contribute to a broad range of ad hoc HR projects and administrative tasks as required.

Payroll: 
• Collate and check working hours and expense in IFS for all (onshore and offshore) personnel
• Distribute and administer all salary data, pay slips and journals incl. sending payroll data to corporate
• Apply changes in salary system
• Contact person for all questions regarding payroll
• Update Docs Documents related to salaries
• Payment wages, taxes and all other personnel related payments
