With us, you will play a key role in keeping the rotation puzzle running in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Support recruitment processes and administration of employment contracts
  • Handle sick-leave follow-up and other personnel administration tasks
  • Collaborate with competence and training resources, and ensure compliance with training and certification requirements
  • Maintain and update personnel records and relevant HR systems
  • Provide support in personnel matters and act as a point of contact for offshore employees

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-year high school diploma and/or education within personnel administration or related fields
  • Relevant experience from offshore personnel work
  • Knowledge of equipment and systems within the scope of the role
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills – flexible and dedicated
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Motivated to work with people and employee relations
  • Accurate, structured, and systematic work approach
  • Good knowledge of collective agreements and regulations

We are looking for someone who:

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking
  • Is solution-oriented and able to stay organized even when things get hectic
  • Has strong IT skills and can quickly adapt to new systems
  • Communicates well in both English and Norwegian
