Odfjell Technology Well Management is expanding – and we’re looking for passionate Drilling & Wells professionals who want to help shape the future of well operations.
With growing activity within Late Life Operations and Plug & Abandonment (P&A), we’re strengthening our teams in Drilling, Completion, and Well Intervention to meet long-term project opportunities on the NCS and abroad.

We are currently looking for highly motivated professionals to join us in the following roles:
• Drilling & Wells Manager / Drilling Superintendent
• Lead Drilling & Wells Engineer
• Senior Drilling & Wells Engineer
• Drilling & Wells Engineer
These are permanent staff positions, offering stability, professional growth, and exposure to diverse projects on the NCS and internationally.
Qualifications:
• MSc or BSc in Petroleum Engineering or other relevant engineering discipline
• Strong regulatory knowledge from NCS / UKCS
• Experience with well integrity, well barriers, and related software (for senior/lead roles)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to explore new technology and digital tools
