 Lead Automation Developer — GBS Solutions 
Odfjell Technology is looking for a Lead Automation Developer to join our Process Automation team within GBS Solutions. In this newly created role, you’ll be the technical driving force — designing, building, and deploying process automation solutions that create real business value across the Odfjell companies. The position reports to Manager Process Automation. 

What you’ll do 
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.  
Design, build, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, RPA tools (Power Automate Desktop), and AI/agent technologies. 
Act as the technical lead — provide guidance, direction, and follow-up of developers in the team.  
Integrate solutions with enterprise systems and data platforms, including API-based integrations. 
Drive continuous improvement — monitor performance, enhance existing automations, and stay ahead of emerging technologies. 

What we’re looking for 
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field. 
3–5+ years of experience in automation or application development. 
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, RPA tools, and AI-enabled solutions. 
Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and agile delivery models. 
Structured, solution-oriented, and collaborative with a strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
