Job Description
Role Purpose:
Ensures the efficient management of procurement processes and supplier relationships for Well Services operations in Continental Europe, contributing to cost optimization, the reduction of risks associated with the supply chain, the administration of commercial contracts, and the achievement of the company’s operational and strategic objectives. Receiving applicants from both Romania and the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement and Sourcing
Identifies, evaluates, and selects suppliers in accordance with the company’s requirements.
Requests and analyzes commercial and technical offers.
Coordinates sourcing and tendering processes for the assigned categories.
Negotiates commercial terms, prices, delivery deadlines, and service levels.
Contract Management
Coordinates the drafting, implementation, and administration of supplier contracts.
Monitors suppliers’ compliance with contractual obligations.
Manages contract renewal, renegotiation, and termination processes.
Identifies and reduces contractual risks.
Supplier Relationship Management
Develops and maintains effective relationships with strategic suppliers.
Organizes periodic supplier performance evaluation meetings.
Manages escalations and issues arising within the commercial relationship.
Contributes to the development of a competitive and sustainable supplier base.
Qualification Requirements
Education
•Completed higher education in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar fields.
Experience
•Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, contract management, or vendor management.
•Experience in negotiating commercial contracts and procurement terms and conditions.
•Experience in working with national and international suppliers.
Knowledge and Skills
•Solid knowledge of procurement and supply chain management.
•Ability to perform commercial and financial analysis.
•Knowledge regarding the administration of commercial contracts.
•Negotiation and influencing skills.
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
