Job Description
– Active role in the maintenance of the company’s QA manual API Q1
– Recommend and support the thread repair process improvement opportunities
– Is familiar with all quality assurance standards, inspection standards and monitors continuous application for all quality assurance processes
– Controls the distribution and archiving of all quality documents related to the thread repair process, manufacturing process and ensures 100% document traceability
– Issues and tracks nonconformance reports
– Review supplier material certificates
– Implements test and inspection schedule for the thread repair process
– Performs all daily inspections and tests necessary to achieve the quality required in the engineering drawings, specifications and applicable standards
– Keep records of the documentation, update forms and procedures, MME Procedure and Coating Procedure.
– Verification of purchased good and services
– Ensure that new bars material for manufacturing is clearly identified by supplier serial number and accompanied by material certificates.
– Verifies tools are identified by serial numbers during repair process.
– Participate in audits held by the client or internal audits
– Responsible for ensuring all parts inspected are done so accurately and all measurements are recorded and retained in line with company policy and relevant standards
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
– Technical studies
– Min. 2 years relevant experience from the working life
– Must be able to work independent and be accurate.
– Good knowledge in written and oral English
– PC skilled user
