Service Delivery Manager US

Odfjell Well Services is expanding in the Americas region and are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager to cover our US operations, out of Lafayette area.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
•BSc or MSc degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration; alternatively, long and relevant operational management experience
•Minimum 15 years of onshore/offshore experience within the Well Services segment
•Strong market knowledge and relationships with key stakeholders in logistics, workshop operations, and supplier networks
•Documented management achievements in leading operational departments with measurable results
•Extensive understanding of business processes and continuous improvement methodologies, including LEAN principles
•Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of exercising sound independent judgment and problem-solving
•Strong business acumen with a customer-oriented mindset
•Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external business partnerships
•Excellent cooperation and communication skills, with the ability to work accurately and systematically
•Proficiency in IT tools and ERP systems within area of responsibility
•Fluent in English, both written and oral
•Demonstrated strategic thinking, leadership, and change management capabilities
•Strong negotiation skills, commercial mindset, and ability to analyse and manage risk

DUTIES / TASKS
Operational Management
• Overall responsibility for onshore Well Services deliveries in accordance with contracts and commitments, covering workshop, warehouse, and logistics operations.
• Ensure all operations are aligned with Well Services’ strategic and performance objectives.
• Oversee the efficient use of workshops, warehouse, and external equipment storage areas.
• Support internal stakeholders to ensure operational success and delivery excellence.
• Manage and control operational performance metrics (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.
• Support the execution of internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and readiness.

Supply Chain & Logistics
• Participate in supplier qualification, due diligence, and frame agreement management related to logistics and support services.
• Oversee inventory management and planning in collaboration with the Inventory & Disposition (I&D) team and Technical Advisors.
• Manage sale of surplus equipment and materials, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency throughout the supply chain.

Continuous Improvement & Development
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational procedures and work instructions.
• Support the creation and implementation of analytical tools and metrics for performance measurement.
• Lead improvement initiatives to strengthen service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate actively in regional and divisional Business Improvement Plans (BIPs).

Coordination & Support
• Support international operations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Liaise closely with Operations, Technical, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide operational input to strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
