We are looking for someone who has

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. 
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Support, Systems Administration, Enterprise Technical Support, or related IT functions. 
  • Experience working in a Shared Services, multinational, or multicultural environment is preferred. 
  • Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), ITIL principles, and enterprise IT operational environments. 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and enterprise workstation administration. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, and cloud-based identity and device management solutions is an advantage. 
  • Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, including servers, networks, remote access technologies, business applications, and cloud services. 
  • Understanding cybersecurity best practices, vulnerability management, security compliance, and incident handling procedures. 
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues independently. 
  • Ability to contribute to operational excellence, service improvement initiatives, and automation opportunities. 
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills with a customer-focused approach. 
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational support environment, including shifting schedules and on-call support when required. 
  • Amenable to report onsite in Makati.

Your Mission

  • Provide advanced IT operational, infrastructure, and end-user support for enterprise systems, business applications, and technology services. 
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated incidents, service requests, and complex technical issues within agreed service levels and operational procedures. 
  • Perform technical analysis, root cause investigation, and problem resolution to minimize recurring incidents and improve service reliability. 
  • Support the administration and maintenance of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, endpoint management solutions, remote access technologies, and other enterprise systems and applications. 
  • Monitor the health, availability, and performance of supported systems and infrastructure components, escalating issues and risks when necessary. 
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies, cybersecurity standards, asset governance requirements, and operational procedures, including the identification and escalation of security risks and incidents. 
  • Maintain accurate ITSM records, technical documentation, knowledge base articles, operational procedures, and support guides. 
  • Analyze incident trends, operational challenges, and service performance data, and contribute to continuous improvement, automation, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with global IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve technical issues, implement improvements, and support projects, system changes, and technology initiatives. 
  • Participate in infrastructure and operational projects, including testing, deployment, implementation, and post-implementation support activities. 
  • Provide technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and subject matter expertise to IT Engineers, Service Desk personnel, and other support teams as required. 
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
