Job Description

Role Purpose: 
The role is responsible for the daily administration and maintenance of the Cornerstone Platform and support for HCM/ERP systems (IFS). It requires a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, HRIS/IT, and 3+ years of experience in system administration within HRIS/ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily administration and maintenance of Cornerstone, in order to ensure an efficient use of the platform. Play a key role in any further implementation of Cornerstone.
  • Quality check effective / good work processes
  • Take initiative on improvement suggestions and development within the technical area.
  • Contribute to provide excellent customer service.
  • Contribute and support in the execution of the strategic plan and operational objectives of the company.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Has a bachelor’s degree in industrial psychology, HRIS Administration/IT or any related field.
  • With at least three (3) years of experience with IT systems at administrator level, in HCM/ERP systems.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural and shared services environment is an advantage but not required.
  • Has knowledge and experience in administrating, managing, understanding, execution of ERP, HCM systems and tools, database functionality maintenance and reporting tools.

  • Detailed and result oriented, structured, accurate, systematic, and committed to deliver within deadlines.
