Talent Acquisition Coordinator

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, and other related field. 
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience within HR. 
  • Has experience in working in a multicultural environment, experience in Shared Services environment is an advantage. 
  • Has knowledge and proven experience in HR processes, systems, and tools within the various stages of the recruitment process, generalist background is an advantage. 
  • Proficient in HR Recruitment and Performance Management systems, workflows, and tools at a superuser level. 
  • Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders across functions and locations.  

DUTIES/TASKS:

  • Execute talent acquisition and recruitment administration processes for global organisation. 
  • Collaborate with Line Managers to format and post requisitions, ensuring job ad quality and brand standards. 
  • Assist in the creation and interpretation of reports, and the preparation of end-user instructions. 
  • Support administrative tasks and documentation related to assigned responsibilities. 
  • Leverage full functionality of the ATS, including automation, screening tools, job board integrations, and internal visibility features. 
  • Create requisitions using standardized language to post across relevant platforms, ensuring formatting, brand consistency, and compliance. 
  • Maintain internal HR sites related to the function area. 
  • Develop and maintain training materials linked to process improvements and systems.  
  • Prepare reports and analyses related to workload, SLA achievement, quality, and process efficiency.  
  • Respond to HR requests with timely and accurate outputs. 
  • Support talent acquisition policy implementation, continuous HR process improvement, and employee branding. 
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
