Odfjell Technology is thrilled to announce the signing of a strategically
important Frame Agreement with Aker BP, solidifying a robust partnership for the
provision of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVAC+R)
engineering and maintenance services. This agreement encompasses all Aker BP’s
existing assets, including Ula, Valhall, Ivar Aasen, Edvard Grieg, Skarv, and
Alvheim FPSO, with the potential to extend to new assets.
Firm contract period is 5 years, with two options of 3-year extensions. During
the initial 5-year period, the contract has an estimated value of 100 million
NOK.
