30 June 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by
Odfjell Technology Ltd (the “Company”) on 26 February 2026 regarding the
successful placement of a tap issue of NOK 600,000,000 in senior secured bonds
under the bond terms for the Company’s FRN Senior Secured NOK 1,700,000,000
bonds due 16 September 2028.
A listing prospectus prepared in connection with the admission to trading of the
additional bonds issued in the tap issue on Euronext Oslo Børs has today, 30
June 2026, been approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Nw.
Finanstilsynet). The prospectus will be made available on the Company’s website
at www.odfjelltechnology.com/investor/prospectus/.
The additional bonds are expected to be tradable on Euronext Oslo Børs under
ISIN NO0013326090 and ticker code “OTL02” from Thursday, 2 July 2026.
