OTL – Extension of Master Service Agreement in UK

Published 29.09.2025

Odfjell Technology (UK) Ltd is proud to announce the successful award of a one
(1) year extension to its Master Service Agreements with a major North Sea
operator, reinforcing our position as a trusted provider of drilling operations,
plug and abandonment (P&A), maintenance, and support services in the energy
sector.

Odfjell Technology was awarded a continuation of these services in July 2021,
continuing a legacy that began with the previous contract awarded in 2017. The
scope covers plug and abandonment (P&A), and return to service (RTS) operational
support, with further operations scheduled to begin in 2026. While RTS support
was previously provided on an ad hoc basis, Odfjell Technology has now secured a
significant share of the RTS scope, with direct deliverables coordinated
alongside the client. This marks a step change in our involvement and reflects
the breadth and adaptability of our support across the North Sea portfolio. With
the latest extension, Odfjell Technology now holds a firm backlog through to
July 2027, with 2 x 1-year extension options available thereafter.

John Moffat – SVP Operations & P&A UK stated:
“This extension reinforces our position in the growing P&A market and reflects
the trust our clients place in Odfjell Technology, as well as the dedication of
our teams. We are proud to continue our long-standing partnership and remain
focused on delivering flexible, responsive solutions. We look forward to
exploring new ways to support our clients’ evolving needs with consistent
quality and reliability.”
