Are you a strategic HR leader with a passion for people, performance, and purpose? We are seeking a Vice President of Human Resources (VP HR) to join our Projects & Engineering (P&E) Business Area Management Team and lead the HR function with vision, resilience, and innovation.
As the VP HR for Projects & Engineering, you will be a trusted partner to the EVP P&E and the broader management team. You will shape and implement the People Strategy aligned with the strategic direction of the P&E business area, ensuring a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a strong and resilient support for the EVP P&E and the management of P&E
- Develop and implement People Strategy as a part of the business area strategy
- Develop and ensure processes for a cost-effective function in accordance with corporate policy and strategic action plans
- Responsible for overseeing and ensuring effective manpower planning
- Lead and support the global HR team in Business area and ensure delivery of the expected quality of HR services and management support
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements within the area of responsibility
- Ensure interaction with the unions in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, collective bargaining agreements and local agreements.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in HR processes together with Global Business Service
- Responsible for securing competence & training management
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong educational background, bachelor or master’s level
- Extensive experience within HR
- Minimum 5 years at management level
- Minimum 5 years’ experience from engineering or energy industry
- International experience is an advantage
- Strong understanding of competence requirements and qualifications
- Excellent cooperation and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of employment legislation and strong experience from union cooperation
