Reference is made to the stock announcement published 27 June 2022, under which
Jone Torstensen, a primary insider of Odfjell Technology Ltd (the “Company”),
was granted options in the Company under an employee long-term incentive plan,
exercisable in shares in the Company or cash settlement based on the share
value. Mr. Torstensen has now exercised all of his options, pursuant to the
attached notification of trade.
