OTL – Successful Completion of Acquisition of Majority Stake in Kaseum and Razor Oiltools

Further to the announcement on 26 February 2026, Odfjell Technology is pleased
to announce that it has successfully completed the acquisition of a 70%
ownership stake in Kaseum Holdings Limited (“Kaseum”) and Razor Oiltools Limited
(“Razor Oiltools”).
